The City is hosting 3 more info sessions on Citywide rezoning.
This is a good opportunity for you to learn more on the proposed rezoning which will see Rosedale change from a single family community zoned R-C1 to to R-CG.
R-CG stands for Residential ā Grade-Oriented Infill District.
This proposed district in the Land Use Bylaw allows for a range of low-density homes, including single-detached, semi-detached and rowhouses.
The R-CG district is used in established communities and uses contextual rules (the āCā in R-CG) to ensure infill buildings fit into the context of the existing homes on the street.
These meetings are on a drop in basis, no reservations required.
