All members of the Rosedale Tennis Ball Machine Club must:
- be members of Rosedale Tennis Club
- be 18 years of age or over (family members under 18 can use the machine under the
- supervision of a RTBM member who is 18 or over)
- be familiar with all aspects of the ball machine including operation, proper
- storage and handling
- Pay an annual $25 per family user fee
- Sign up for all use
All users of the machine must read the manual before first time use to fully understand all
potential hazards and dangers of using the machine.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure proper care is taken to safely operate and store the
ball machine as per the instructions in the manual. The ball machine is not to be used when
raining. Wet balls will damage the machine. The remote control must stay with the ball machine
after use. Access to the ball machine is at the discretion of the RTC Board, and, membership
may be withdrawn if the machine is used in an unsafe and/or careless manner.
On behalf of myself and my family, I hereby agree to abide by the conditions stated above,
understand that use of the ball machine involves inherent hazards and dangers, and accept
that we use the machine at our own risk.
