Hello Everyone,
Taking photographs, films, audiotapes, videotapes, digital images and recordings of an individual at an RCA activity or event is the collection of personal information and must comply with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Starting this year we would like to obtain permission to take photographs and other recordings of RCA participants, coaches, parents and or guardians at RCA events for non-profit educational or promotional purposes, ensuring that the personal privacy of all is respected.
Please do the following before the first day of play later this month:
1. Visit the following link soccer media release form
2. Print off and complete the media release form
3. Bring the completed Media Release Form and hand into the coach on first time you gather as a team. (U8,U6, U4 this will be April 16)
The coaches will then turn all the forms into the age group coordinators.
