Classes take place in the Dance Studio.

Suitable for all levels. Hatha yoga is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional yoga poses are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

Classes take place in the Main Hall.

Do you have tension in your neck, shoulders, back or hips?
This class focuses on slow, simple movements to release tension, build strength and find new movement patterns. Using specialized props and principles from Critical Alignment Therapy, we will move through the whole spine each week with a focus on a specific area along the way. There is no prior yoga experience necessary in this class!

We start each week with 10 minutes of breath awareness and exercises to help relax the mind which will help prepare your body for a very healing hour. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced students or athletes. It’s perfect for those who sit or stand all day, who play an instrument, carry or lift things. It’s a great compliment to your yoga class, it helps you to move with more freedom, ease and strength. So, really, this class is great for everyone! I hope to see you on the mat.
