Order Yoga Lessons

Fall yoga classes have begun at Rosedale Hall!  Here are the changes we have made in order to protect our students and to ensure we are following AHS COVID-19 guidelines.
1.  Class size is limited to 12 participants.
2.  The Class sign-up list will open 24 hours prior to start time.
3.  All payments and registrations must be made in advance on-line.  No cash or cheques will be accepted.
4.  Everyone entering Rosedale Hall is required to complete and submit an online RCA Covid-19 form which is available here or at the hall via QR code from your mobile phone.  (This form must be completed each time you enter the hall.)
5.  Everyone must bring their own yoga mat.  Yoga mats will be spaced 6 feet apart in two rows of six.  Yoga blocks will be sanitized at the end of each class.  Items like yoga straps and blankets will not be sanitized; use at your own risk.
6. The Rosedale Hall is an indoor public space and, therefore, masks must be worn from the front door to the dance studio.

We start each week with 10 minutes of breath awareness and exercises to help relax the mind which will help prepare your body for a very healing hour. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced students or athletes. It’s perfect for those who sit or stand all day, who play an instrument, carry or lift things. It’s a great compliment to your yoga class, it helps you to move with more freedom, ease and strength. So, really, this class is great for everyone! I hope to see you on the mat.
